I’m curious about maternity leave in other countries? How long do you get for maternity leave? Is it paid the entire time? I live in the US, and my employer offers no paid maternity leave. Must use vacation and sick time and l allowed up to 12 weeks off. I had a c section with my first and did not feel 12 weeks was even enough to recover from that let alone having a newborn. I can’t believe it’s the 21st century and my country’s maternity leave is still shit 🤬
