The most lovely and unbelievable thing happened today, which has really made my day, and I wanted to share it with you all.

A few months ago when I caught up with one of my friends (I'm not that close to her but we check in with each other every few months), she mentioned that her sister had been TTC for over a year and that the stress of trying had really got to her. This really struck a chord with me, and is WHY I went off birth control in Nov 2017 instead of April 2018 (my 1 year anniversary) like initially planned. I realised that it sometimes takes TIME for some couples.

Last night was an odd night in the last 10 days of Ramadan (21st, 23rd, etc) - and as Muslims we pray long into the night in each of these nights in the hope that we end up praying on the one true night which is worth 1000 nights of prayers. I prayed for everyone I love, but also for those who I don't know very well but know are facing struggles in their lives. And yes Glow community, I also prayed for you all.

I prayed for my friend's sister too.

Today I contacted my friend to check in on her (first time in months) and I told her that I prayed for her sister last night. I asked how her sister is doing.

She was so shocked. She told me that her sister found out TODAY that she is pregnant. I couldn't BELIEVE it. It gave me goosebumps and it gave me so much hope. And so much happiness. She was 18 months into her TTC journey, and here I am only 8 months in.

I want you all to know, that your time will come - OUR TIME WILL COME inshaAllah (God willing). Don't give up and believe it will happen xx sending prayers all of your way xx
