HCG Injection diet

I just started the hcg injections yesterday 😎 I’m so nervous if this diet is really going to make me loose weight . 2nd day so far I’ve had heartburn after I eat and to be honest I don’t find myself that hungry. I’m suppose to be gorging meaning I’m supposed to stuff myself with all the food I want to eat for the 1st two days . She told me in those two days I needed to gain weight to loose weight afterwards 😐. Wish me luck guys I really hope this works
