First birthday

Well i know i could celebrate my sons birthday before or after but because his donor is still battling me in court there are no funds being a single mom. And the courts decided for his first birthday am only allowed three hrs with my son while his donor gets him overnight. So my question is what can i do as something personal for me and my son on his big day while i have him for two hrs since i have to factor in the time to drive to drop off yes i have to drop him off.
