Is reaching above your head during pregnancy okay?

So I have to reach above my head at work, and I hear that it's not good because the umbilical cord can wrap around the baby. is this true? What did your doctor recommended you do?

It’s an Old Wives Worry. The cord is so long and there’s so much fluid making it float around. If the cord is going to wrap it’s going to wrap regardless of you reaching above your head. No worries!

I've never heard any healthcare professional say it was bad. I lifted my arms over my head without thinking about it at all during my first pregnancy, and my son is a marvelous, healthy 14 month old

With my daughter I lifted above my head all the time with work, with my son I hardly ever did and he was stillborn due to his cord having a knot in it and wrapping around his neck 3 times
