Implantation or AF?
So 7dpo-today,9dpo, I have been having on and off AF like cramps. I’m trying not to read to much into it. I have random cramps very mild and then full on AF cramps like I’m about to bleed. Not sure if it’s implantation or AF. Also here’s my chart for some reference.
