Pregnant??!

Okay so I think I might be over thinking it but no hate please, last Tuesday I got my implanon out and then started the pill the following Thursday my partner and I had sex unprotected on Saturday (he pulled out but is unsure if he did in time) now about 5 days later I feel slight cramps and small pulling sensations (yes I know I’m crazy) but my nipples also feel bruised and so sore which has never happened, I also keep feeling like the room is spinning, and sorry for tmi but I have had a lot of discharge like creamy or white and clear ever known and then (which I also don’t get very often or at least not the amount I have) even though it sounds crazy could I have fallen pregnant from this? Please don’t make me feel more stupid then I already do, idk if I’m over thinking it or what, please be nice thanks x
