Anyone had or have total placenta previa?

I just found out I have total placenta previa, so my placenta is completely covering my cervix.  Our little girl is totally healthy and safe and my OB said not to worry so I’m not. I would just like to hear about others experiences.

I had partial at my 20 week...it did move some but not enough to be considered in the safe zone for vaginal delivery.  I think the hospital considered safe to be 2cm from the opening of the cervix and mine was 0.5cm.  I was scheduled for a c-section at 39 weeks but went into labor a couple days prior.  I went straight to the hospital because there was a lot of blood, but my doctor let me labor as long as I was in the hospital being monitored.  I had my healthy baby girl a few hours later.  Keep your head up, I had to stop running and having sex but it was obviously worth it!

How far along are you? I had partial placenta previa. It moved up in about 4 weeks time.
