I have been talking to this man for 3 weeks that I meet on a reputable dating app. He's 31 and I am 19 almost 20 he has one kid. Honestly the child and our age difference doesn't bother me. He is also in the Air Force and has been for a while now. I want more from him and want to meet up in person. I told him I'm done being his pen pal and much rather talk in person. He agreed with me but no plans have been set up for us to meet yet. I've been talking to other guys but I still much rather be with him.                                   Should I just forget him and move on?

That’s a big age difference at that age.. I met my husband when I was 21 and he was 31. At the time he was way too old for me because he already had a career and I was still figuring the adult thing out. We started dating when I was 25 and he was 34 and it worked out much better. The older you get the less significant the age difference becomes. We’re now 27 and 36 and can’t even tell there’s a difference. Both successful and on the same level.
So what I’m trying to say is that he’s too old for you right now. You’d be better off doing something else until you get a bit older

how long ago did he agree to meet up?... if he's let a good amount of time pass since that initial agreement and you can't get him to confirm an exact day and time I say forget him. You're smart for talking to other people at the same time too, that's the right way to date. You keep your options open in case you run across one like this. But if the answer is what it seems to be then I say stop talking to him
