Me! Pretty sure it’s exactly the same, but I don’t use opks. I was diagnosed with pcos a few months ago and have started metformin in the hopes of regulating my cycles. I had a period that started the same day of yours (after having about 4 other periods in the span of a year) and was exactly a month after i started the metformin so I hope it’s working! My hubby and I BD on the predicted ovulation day as well as the 3-4 days leading up to it. I had very slight cramps and backaches as well as very tender breasts the entire week i was predicted to ovulate. I feel like it’s very unlikely I did ovulate so I feel kind of hopeless and doubt I will get pregnant this month, but I can’t help but wonder and over analyze every little thing my body does! This TWW needs to hurry up!

Super close, I’m on my TTW cd 21 on Friday so I go in for a blood draw. I’m praying this is the month. This is my second medicated cycle but first on Femera.
