Can you lose your mucus plug in its entirety without being dilated at all? Or does losing it gurauntee youre atleast a bit dilated?

You can lose it without dilating and it can actually grow back once you lose it

I started losing pieces of it at 36 weeks and all at 38? I think and at 39 weeks I wasn’t dilated at all. Got induced anyways for other reasons

I started loosing my mucus plug around 31 weeks. It regrow and replenishes itself. I delivered at 38 weeks
