I have an embarrassing and awkward situation with my boyfriend that I'm not sure how to approach. I have begun noticing that a day or two after we have sex, my nipples get really sore and sensitive, enough that the material of a shirt rubbing over them can be painful. He likes to suck on them during foreplay, but he's not rough. I've started to suspect it might be thrush. 😳 He's got pretty poor oral hygiene, getting him to brush his teeth regularly is a struggle. My question is, how do I bring up the topic "You've given me a yeast infection because you never brush your teeth" without horribly embarrassing him and making things completely awkward? 😓
