Acid reflux and indigestion ☹️
Anyone have any tips on acid reflux and indigestion? It's so bad lately that my chest burns and aches, and I have a heavy/burn feeling in my throat as well. It causes me to baby barf in the back of my throat which is gross! Thanks in advance ❤️ P.S. I'm 33 weeks pregnant so that probably has something to do with it!
