How do I get my son to sleep through the night
My 11 month old hasn’t been sleeping through the night for a few months now, he wakes any time from 2am-4:30 I give him a bottle and he goes back to sleep. The last few nights he’s waking every 4 hours to feed like he did as a newborn 😩 I’m exhausted and don’t know why he wants to eat so much he has his bottles and 3 meals during the day. Could it be a growth spurt?
