“California becomes the first state to pass water law.....”
Maybe this isn’t the right group. But I’m curious to see what everyone here thinks!
I don’t see how this is even feasible, especially in 4 short years. I live in California less than an hour from the capital.
Also, I think they could have picked a different example than the lady who takes 3 showers and does laundry all day.. like really?? But still.
