How do you ladies manage to sleep?
So for the past 2 weeks I've had pretty sleepless nights. I'm almost 38 weeks pregnant and it's just getting worse. Each night I get less and less sleep, I'm currently at the point of breaking down because I'm physically so drained. I'm so so so tired, but my body just won't let me sleep 😴
Any tips on helping me to sleep?
