I just had my 2nd ultrasound today. I thought Im exactly 7weeks bc im sure about my ovulation but ultrasound put me 6weeks 2days & heartbeat was 97. My doctor said its 50-50.. i had a miscarriage in January. Im on vaginal progesterone now bc i started spotting more than a week

Ago which stopped bc of progesterone pills. May 29th they’ve seen the gestational sac & yolk sac & today there was the baby but low heartbeat & measuring small.. anyone had similar situation? Im preparing myself for the worst😢 im going back for another ultrasound on the 19th..
