Bacterial vaginosis

Hey guys! First time posting and hopefully I get some positive replies. My significant other and myself have been trying to conceive for over the past four months and it’s been a really hard journey. :( Each time he ejaculates inside me I get bacterial vaginosis. I’ve been to to the doctor each time it happened and the last time I went he said there’s nothing that we or he can do about it. I’m frustrated and lost at this point and I don’t know what else to do. Really hoping someone can give me some advice 😞
