Toothed pulled at 34 weeks

So I got my tooth pulled well skin cut then pulled and I’m in so much pain I have Tylenol but I’m not really trying to take it but I did once yesterday and today but I hurt so bad like I had a tooth pulled before but I got so drunk I didn’t even care the first three days but this is sober pain and I am no fan
