how does this even happen???

so i had sex last night and I made my partner wear a condom AND pull out because I dont like risking it. This morning, I had a gyno appointment (i know its bad to have sex before you go to the gyno dont hate) and when my doctor goes down there she’s like “did you have sex last night” and i said yes and then she said “no wonder theres semen in here” and i am now so confused because how did that get in there? I texted my partner and he said he checked the condom and it didn’t break or tear at all. Do you think my doctor got confused with my personal bodily fluids??? im so shook
