2 month old at birthday party

Would u let your 2 month old go to their cousins or even a friend of yours kids party? My SO’s niece & nephew are having a combined party since their bdays are around the same time. She’ll be 2 & he’s going on 7. So there will be kids of different ages for both of them. My bf family wants him to bring the baby so she can attend & they can see her. I’m just not comfortable because of all the germs, all the kids around my baby even though I know she’s not the focus of the party. I also don’t want her being passed around & everyone holding her. Even once I was there for Christmas & they let a 8yr old just pick up her baby cousin under 1 & walk around freely with her. I don’t let kids pick up my baby. He’s not understanding where I’m coming from

EDIT: I will not be there to oversee anything because I have to work. He will not control anything because it’s his family, this is how he was raised so he doesn’t see anything wrong with all of this
