So I’ve never tracked temp before. What am I supposed to be looking for lol is this a good sign?

Answer

It’s difficult to say what is “a good sign”, especially if you haven’t charted a full cycle.  What you’re looking for while charting is to see your temp changes during your cycle. I believe most people use it to check for ovulation, since OPKs dont confirm it, and can only spot the hormone.  If you chart a full cycle, you should be able to see your temps in the lower range pre-ovulation, and post ovulation, they should be higher. Usually around the time of estimated period, your temps should drop back down to pre-ovulation temps.  If they stay up or go higher, it could mean possible pregnancy. But again, with only a few days, it’s hard to tell since everyone’s range of temps can be different. Sorry for the novel. Hope this helps! Good luck!
