Free fluid in uterus

So today I had my first appointment and I am 5 weeks today. Although the doctor said the baby is growing fine as the sonogram showed. They found some free fluid and a cyst. I’m a little nervous as to what the free fluid is. I tend to read too much online and worry myself. Has anyone had this issue and delivered a healthy baby? The doctor didn’t seem to be to worried about the fluid or the cyst just scheduled me an appointment for next week to re check everything. She did re confirm with me that the baby was growing fine right before I left. A well as drawing blood to make sure everything is progressing fine.
