Controlling sex drive?

So, I’m in my twenties and intend to stay virgin until married. Until then, what do you do to kill sex drive? I care a lot about school, and sometimes it’s really hard to focus, particularly before periods. Help?

Also, this is probably stupid to mention, but most of my friends seem to have really low drives, so I kinda feel like it’s bad for me to have such a high drive. Is it okay for a woman to struggle with this?? 😞😬
