I’m a virgin

I’m a virgin,18, and so is my boyfriend.

We have discussed that we want to lose our virginity this year- but I’m not so sure now.. especially after talking to my mother. She told me that before I take that step I have to be responsible, visit the doctor find alternatives to be protected and also use a condom.

It’s a lot of Info, more than we planned (to just use a condom and pull out).

I live at home, so the doctor visit won’t be paid by me- maybe not even the contraception or maybe it wil- that’s besides the point...

Is it ideal for me to wait until I move out of home, with my boyfriend, and have the ability to visit the doctor without anyone else knowing, purchasing my own things and living life without anyone knowing my business... I hope my point is coming across? Or shouldn’t I wait and go for it?
