Would you trust the panorama gender result?

I'm having a hard time trusting the panorama gender results without a ultrasound. Background: I had the genetic testing done at 12 weeks due to family history of Down Syndrome. Well we found out it is a GIRL 🎉🎉💕 but part of me has a hard time trusting it. I want so badly to tell family and friends but have this instilled idea that I need to see it on a ultrasound. My anatomy scan is currently set for July 7th, and have thought about doing a gender ultrasound but unsure (can you tell I'm a indecisive person, lol😂) So my question is would you trust it?
