Why is he doing this?!!

So this guy at school i like is mean to me i never told him I like him or anything but he always teases and I thought he hated me then I asked him all he said was he teases me cause he likes that I get all mad. But he also blocked me on snap. I asked my friend if she could tell him to unblock me and he did then I added him blocked me again. After a few weeks i got other my friend to tell him to unblock me and so he did. I didnt add him we were just friends on snap he didnt add me to though but he blocked me again. Does it mean anythin?! What do ya’ll think. I’d appreciate if u let me know
