Bleeding after anal sex

A few weeks ago my boyfriend and I tried anal, of course i bled a little afterwards and was sore the next morning. However, we tried it again yesterday and it didn’t hurt bad at all, but afterward I had a significant amount of blood coming from my rectum. I showered and thought it was over. We went out later that night and I noticed it again in the restroom. I have felt fine all day and hadn’t had anymore bleeding since then until a few minutes ago when I used the bathroom(2) and there was drops of blood in the toilet.

Should I be concerned?
