Self Conscious

Is it bad my bf said he doesn’t like me height? We’ve been together for 9 months & he’s made little comments about how I’m “too tall.” But today we were eating breakfast together and he was like “ I really wish u were shorter, it’s like your only flaw.” ( him and I r like the same height) I mean I get that the guy wants to be the taller one but him saying that makes me feel self conscious. Afghhh:( (btw I’m 16 and he’s 18) then he talked about how his whole fam wants to meet me and how they r all shorter than me so it’s gonna be embarrassing for him. am I just overreacting this? I love him & idk if I can break up w him:(
