So my significant other was over for the weekend and Sunday we were laying in my bed and he wanted to have sex but I didn't and he just kept going so I just kinda laid there until he was done and then I just sat on my bed looking upset and he started to apologize for doing it when I didn't want to so I'm just curious was I raped by the man I'm in love with?

You don't have to voice no when your body language screams it. He should have picked up on the 'lack of enthusiasm' for sex.

I've been raped before and if you don't say no It's not technically considered rape. Yes to you it was rape and was in the same situation you were accept it was a friend not my SO. So i went to the police and the police said just because I didn't say no it was not considered rape. But rape is when someone is taken advantage of and if you felt like that happened then it is considered rape.
