So...trying the SMEP (Deanna method) this cycle. Today is CD10, which is when the plan kind of starts. We've been using Preseed the last two months, and nothing. This method does say you can add Mucinex CD10. We bought some, but I'm SUPER weary about taking meds when you don't need them. I actually chickened out with taking it this AM. Some searching and extra reasearch plus slight congestion this morning has convinced me to do it, so I will be popping one on my lunch break.

Would love some thoughts/experiences, but I'm mostly just posting this so that I will follow through and not make a liar out of myself. 😂
