Pregnancy symptoms this early?

I had sex on 6/6/18 and the condom broke.. it is now less than a week later ( i am at the first day of my fertile window today) and im experiencing moodiness and slight cramping and some spotting today. Is it possible to get symptoms this early? I am on birth control and have been for only a month and i should probably add that i have been constantly traveling all week and getting little sleep
