Can someone tell me what symptoms you had when you had a UTI?

Can it be cured at home?

You need antibiotics. There are some at home “treatments” that will help with the symptoms but you need medication to fight the infection. If left untreated it can go up into your kidneys. When i had a uti i had constant feeling of needing to pee. Burning when i went. Usually only drips would come out. If you go to the doctor they’ll give you medicine that’ll have you feeling better asap

A feeling that you need to pee constantly but little comes out and painful/burning sensation. You can not get rid of a UTI at home. You need to get antibiotics to get rid of the bacteria causing the infection. If left untreated it can turn into a kidney infection. Schedule an appointment to see your Dr, drink lots of water, cranberry juice is good too, and AZO UTI pain relief tablets. Also I usually like to eat yogurt to help prevent a yeast infection after I take my antibiotics since the antibiotics target all the bacteria (even the good ones)

You need antibiotics. If you let a UTI go, it can travel to the kidneys, then to the blood stream which can cause sepsis, blood poisoning and even death. Please go to a doctor.

My experience with UTIs is extreme urge to pee literally every 5 mins on the dot. Feels like you have so much to pee, but it's only drops. 
If left untreated, it could turn into a kidney infection. I've seen people hospitalized for it. You'll need antibiotics, cranberry juice doesn't cure UTIs, but it will prevent them. 
My advice is to just call your doctor and ask for an antibiotic.

Constant feeling like you have to pee/ painful peeing/ pains around your bladder. You need antibiotics to cure it. It’s really easy test though just go to urgent care and they’ll have you pee in a cup no internal exam or anything
