LH Surge

Okay, I ovulate on the 20th (or so the app says). I have plenty of LH strips and have started using them... today was a clear negative... should I just cool my jets and wait a few days. I want to get pregnant so badly and am making myself crazy. I also know that a couple months back when the app said it was my peak ovulation day, I had tested and believe I missed my ovulation. I just don’t know what to do and I’m stressing myself out!!
