Is this implantation bleeding??

I got my first depo shot the 16th of may and the doctor said to wait a week for it to start working. I had unprotected sex exactly a week later but he did not finish inside of me. I am now over a week late for my period and I just thoight it was because of the shot. I took a pregnancy test on the 5th of this month and it said negative, but today this came out when I wiped and I don’t know if this is implantation bleeding. This is the first time it happens, and if it not implantation bleeding, what is it??? I also apparently started my fertile window today and I worked out today and I haven’t done that in a long time. Is it because I’m new to the depo shot or is it implantation bleeding?
