Alright so I have had my menstrual cup in for about 24 hours. I threw my back out last night and i can't bend pretty much at all. I can't even bend enough to get my arms down there to pull my cup out. I'm in so much pain with my back and with cramps and I'm just crying on the toilette. I have no clue what to do. I might just have to go to the ER to get my back figured out and have them take my cup out for me at this point. Unless I wait till like 3am for my fiancé to get off work because he would help me for sure but I really don't want him to have to do that 😭
