H.E.L.P!!

I read online that implantation bleeding can happen a couple days before your period is suppose to happen... im not suppose to have my period until another week, could that be a sign for implantation bleeding... im kinda nervous. It’s kinda red and has brown in it. I wiped and realized it was there, so I put a tampon in and then when I pulled the tampon out it was just at the ends of the tampon. Need some answers ...
