Should i go to Labor & delivery advice

Since i hit that 20 week mark the doctors told me to go into L&D; now whenever i have pain . The last 3 days i been having a lot of sharp pains in my belly . Right now i have cramps in my lower belly . I been feeling extremely nauseous the last couple of days an i take doxylamine for my whole pregnancy an its been working for all that sickness but now my nausea is t the point where even the medicine dont even help anymore & its more at night time . I jist been feeling like i have the flu or something . My feet Rn just started to feel REALLY cold out of nowhere & this never happens . Idk if all thinis normal or not i just wanted advice on if i should go in to l&d; or not . Thank u in advance . Please comment an let me know asap .
