So I have been doing a lot of research on pcos and supplements to “help”. So now I’m taking 8 different kinds of supplements equaling to 15 pills a day.

So I was wondering if anyone has any good reviews for the list of supplements I’m taking.

Supplements, doses, daily

Inositol 650mg 3x

Vitex 400mg 3x

Royal Jelly 500 mg 3x

Omega-3 520 mg 2x

CoQ10 100 mg 1x

Biotin 1000 mcg 1x

Prenatal 1x

Calcium, magnesium, and zinc (all in 1). Not sure of doses right this minute.

I don’t have regular periods and when I do have one I don’t ovulate. Trying to do what I can before going back to the doctor.

So hoping this helps regulate and I start to ovulate🤞🏼
