Could I be pregnant?!

I had sex the night of the 20th and my boyfriend came in me and fell asleep inside of me. I’m on birth control and started my new pack that day, but took the pill only a couple of hours before we had sex. The week after I experienced soreness in my breasts and I’ve continuously experienced it. I use another period tracker app and this one and according to the other one I’m late. I took the last active pill of my pill pack on Friday and now I’m on the placebo pills but have not seen any signs of my cycle. I’ve also experienced creamy white cervical mucus and it’s a lot. I’ve taken plenty of pregnancy tests and they all came back negative. Could I still possibly be pregnant? When should I test again? Is it too soon for a blood test? Please help.
