Miscarriage?

I think I may be having a miscarriage. I am 5 weeks pregnant and am bleeding and having almost contraction like cramps... I don’t know what to do I can’t see a doctor till tomorrow any suggestions or am I even having a miscarriage😭😭 help is needed I’m scarred

I unfortunately had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. I got period like cramping and started bleeding but only when I wiped and then later started passing clots. I went to the ER and even though I had to sit there for 6 hours it was a good thing I did. I got an ultrasound and blood work to confirm that I had lost my baby. 
My pregnancy ended up being an ectopic pregnancy and I had tissue stuck in one of my tubes. Also due to my blood type I had to get a shot to prevent any cross blood contamination. 
People are saying don’t go to the hospital for it because they can’t do anything to stop it. Very true, if it’s going to happen, it’s going to happen. But you need to make sure your pregnancy isn’t ectopic, that your hcg levels go back down to normal (weekly blood work following the loss), and that you don’t have any remaining tissue as this can potentially be very dangerous for you. 
In my case, the 3 weeks following my loss my hcg levels kept rising due to the tissue leftover that my body couldn’t pass on its own and I ended up needing a methotrexate shot to breakdown and pass the tissue so that my hcg levels could go back down to normal since we obviously want to start trying again. You won’t start a new cycle if your levels don’t return to normal!

I was experiencing this yesterday around 3:30 am my cramps got worse they spread to my lower back and to my legs, every time I would go to the restroom and wiped the blood just kept getting more and more visible, so I told hubby and we immediately went to the ER. Please go there, they did lots of blood work on me, gave me a pelvic exam to check my cervix, and they gave me 2 ultrasounds. My blood levels tested really low, and the ultrasound confirmed that I was indeed losing my baby. So I really do suggest for you to go. Sending prayers your way mama! 💗💗

Always best to get it checked out as much as the hospital can't do much to help I would advise to go there to get checked out so you know what's going on , I went through something similar when I was 6 weeks , keeping my fingers crossed for you x

the ER will not be able to do anything to stop your miscarriage. everyone suggested that to me, $150 and a blood test later they just confirmed i was indeed passing the baby. i had no cramps or large clots, only 2 penny sized clots when i wiped the next morning after starting to bleed. everyone told me not to worry unless i had painful cramps, heavy blood, or clots. i had no heavy bleeding it was all light, and no cramps, and just those 2 small clots which i’m guessing now that the bigger one was my baby. my HPT was about halfway lighter already just by my second day of bleeding. BFN exactly a week later. i started bleeding on a tuesday before lunch, it had completely stopped by Sunday. BFN on a HPT tuesday morning with FMU. hope this helps

Don't go to the ER, they won't do anything,and you'll get stuck with a bill. I went during mine,and was feeling like they were mocking me ,and dumming down my symptoms. I left feeling embarrassed for the staff to act like I was wasting their time. I felt it was an emergency ,but unfortunately it's not considered one.
