Can someone give me advice 😩

I’m 19 my husband is 22, I got diagnosed with PCOS couple of years ago we’ve been trying for a baby for about 18 months and nothing 😩 Iv been to my doctor they just judge me say I’m too young to be trying , what should I do , it’s really getting me down.
