The sleep struggle


Hi ladies. I’m 17+2 and am starting to feel the uncomfortableness of sleeping. When sleeping On my right side I start to get a shooting pain(likely sciatica) from my hip down my leg.. which prompts me to switch to my left side. On this side I feel like my bladder is being squished and every muscle in my lower abdomen is being stretched in a painful way. Needless to say I woke up on my back last night🙄(I’ve never been a back sleeper!) Does anyone have advice on how to get comfortable? Do those body pillows work? And if so- how?
