Right aortic arch

Hi. This is my first baby and more than a bit worried. went for my 13 weeks scan 2 weeks ago at a fetal meternal specialist (it is the norm apparently to see them at this stage). They found everything was fine but detected a right aortic arch at the baby and i will need to go back at 20 weeks. He told me that they will be able to tell and see more then. This might also be associated with a 22q deletion but cant say anything at this point. Has this ever happened to anyone and what was the outcome? Google is resulting into such negative medical reports and I am beyond stressed out at this point.
