Yeast infection?

Just started getting discharge like this after intense itching for the past 6 days! I went to the dr to get a swab done 2 days ago but they haven’t called with results yet. The itching isn’t as bad anymore but still a bit itchy. I also did use internal vaginal yeast infection cream from over the counter 5 days ago so could it be the cream still coming out? The discharge is kind of sticky.
