PID or endo?

Hi! I’m not really sure where to post this so I figured here would be a good shot.

For the past few months (since September ish) I’ve been dealing with pain and cramping during sex, frequent pain while peeing (feels almost like a UTI), horrible cramps in my lower back and abdomen, abnormal discharge, tenderness on my lower right abdomen, among others. A doctor I had been seeing tested me for STDs TWICE and nothing came back.

Then, I went to the hospital last week because my kidneys were inflamed and they told me I had Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, a possible ovarian cyst, and a kidney infection. HOW in the world did I end up with these three things all at once!?

I just have a gross feeling about this... I feel like everything else is pointing towards endometriosis. I don’t have a family doctor right now but I’m searching for one like crazy. I want to have children, I want to be a surrogate mother, I don’t want my fertility to be impacted at 19 just because no doctors took me seriously before. This is so frustrating. I just wanted to know if any of you ladies experienced similar frustrations while awaiting a proper diagnosis? And how do I stand my ground if doctors continue to tell me that what I think is wrong isn’t wrong? ☹️
