Are mild cramps during pregnancy normal?

Someone just told me they have a gift where god shows them things and they said they saw somebody I know with my voodoo doll sticking needles in my womb/belly! It freaked me out!! I was skeptical at first and still a bit but now I’m just scared I don’t get to see my doctor for another week. I’m 6w4d. 😥😥😥😥😥😥
