Jealousy Monster

Not sure who to rant to about this without seeming like an awful friend, but it just seems like my friends keep getting married and then immediately pregnant. There was another announcement on Facebook today, the third in recent months. I'm getting so sick of waiting for my husband to be ready I could throat punch him. (I'm not violent, just making a point). He doesn't feel like we're ready bc we don't own a house yet. Here's my thinking, though:

- We both work in our desired careers, are continuing to grow in our fields, and are positively recognized in the community.

- We don't stress about bills and have enough left over to save.

- His mom is moving in with us in the next year to help with childcare.

- We have insurance and take care of ourselves physically and mentally.

- We're very much in love and happy together.

- We've been married 1.5 years and together 4+ years.

- We're in our late 20s, edging toward 30.

I feel like we're as ready as we could be. I don't know how I can convince him, though. Any suggestions are welcome!! I've tried to talk to him about this many times...
