UPDATE Bloody Show? TMI

Question

37 + 3  FTM.   Had check up today and Doctor said I’m about 1  - 1 1/2 cm dilated.   This evening this happened....  is it bloody show or just bleeding from being checked?!

I called doctors today. Explained what happened. They said it’s most likely the mucas plug because it can have blood in it.  Said if I start losing fluid, my water gushes, or my contractions get intense to go into labor & delivery.

I would call your dr. Some spotting is normal after being checked, but that’s more than just spotting...

I’d get that one checked out. That seems like too much blood to me.

My doctor said anymore than a couple drops of bright red blood to go to the emergency room, so I would definitely get checked out just to be safe!

I have a lot of bleeding like that every time I get checked. I have a “very vascular cervix” according to my midwife. As long as it stops within 24 hours she told me not to worry about it. But if it’s abnormal for you I would get checked.
