Urine culture

Okay so this is probably a silly question but here goes. I had to do the 24 hour urine culture to check my protein levels. After I would use the “hat” I would rinse it out with water. There was never a lot of water in it left, just like drops along the sides. Will that dilute it too much? I honestly didn’t think about it at the time but now I’m worried I’ll have to do it again or something
